There are many misconceptions of martial arts training these days in the media and movies. These misconceptions lead people to believe that martial arts focus on fighting and violence. We want the public to realize that in our martial art academy, the regiment of training focuses on the principle of “balance”, “respect” and “discipline”. Consistency of training allows students of our academy to take value in one’s own health and therefore discipline enough to take responsibility to for their actions. Respecting one’s own well being gives awareness of respect for others in our society. This value is paramount in attaining balance in life and society.
